WhatsApp Digital Connection

A document-delivery integration between business software and WhatsApp. A command in the software enters a job queue, a document API renders the file, and the customer receives it on WhatsApp: invoices, statements, receipts, purchase orders, reports, reminders and order confirmations.

What the system does

Send business documents to customers on WhatsApp straight from the software that produces them.

Each line below is a function management has confirmed the system performs.

  1. A job queue between the software and WhatsAppA command in the business software enters a queue as a job.
  2. Document rendering through an APIA document API builds the file from the job.
  3. Delivery to the customer on WhatsAppThe customer receives the document in a WhatsApp conversation.
  4. Invoices, statements and receiptsFinancial documents the software produces for a customer.
  5. Purchase orders and order confirmationsOrder documents the software produces.
  6. Reports and remindersReports and reminders, sent the same way.

Working demonstration

Send a document and follow it

Choose a document and send it. Watch the job move from the queue to rendering to delivery, then appear on a sample phone. Nothing is sent: it is a simulation with an invented business and document. It shows the flow described above, not the client’s screens.

What this page rests on

Confirmed

What the system does, as listed above. Confirmed by ODOOVATIONS management on 12 September 2026.

Built for this page

The demonstration above, made by ODOOVATIONS with invented data. It illustrates the kind of workflow involved. It is not a screen from the delivered system.

Planning to send documents on WhatsApp? Settle these first.

These are the questions we would put to you at the start of an integration like this.

  1. Which documents will be sent, and which event in the software triggers each one?
  2. Have your customers agreed to receive messages from you on WhatsApp, and how is that recorded?
  3. Which messages start a conversation, and do they need pre-approved templates?
  4. Who may trigger a send, and does a person approve anything unusual?
  5. How are customers’ phone numbers stored, checked and corrected?
  6. What should happen when a delivery fails: retry, alert someone, or fall back to email?
  7. Where is each sent document kept, and who can see the record of what was sent?
  8. What happens to queued jobs if the software or the document service is unavailable?
